Bonus and Holiday Pay: MJO Staffing offers bonus and holiday pay to temporary associates. One-week bonus pay is automatically paid when an employee accumulates 2080 working hours. Holiday paid as they occur after 1,040 hours worked.

Health Insurance: MJO Staffing offers an affordable health insurance plan temporary
associates. This plan provides both inpatient and outpatient benefits at $17.98 per week
$36.49 per week for employee plus one dependent. Upon completion of 160 hours for
MJO Staffing, temporary associates are eligible for health insurance.

Base Benefit Plan: pays 80% (up to $4,000) per year with the following benefit limitation:

• Room and Board
• In Patient Limit
• Out Patient Limit
• Physician Visit
• ICU Room & Board
• $200.per day
• $1,000.00 per year
• $2,000.00 per year
• $15.00 per visit
• $400.00 per day

Dental Insurance: Available for $3.84 per week and $12.92 per week for employee and family.

Term Life Insurance: Available for employee for $.60 per week and $1.80 for employee and family. Associate must be enrolled in the Medical Insurance Plan before adding Term Life.
